Greens are one of the indispensable ingredients of Czech cuisine. You can prepare anything from it, for example, also a delicious soup according to this recipe.
Ingredients:
400 g
of organic red cabbage
650 ml
bio vegetable stock
50 ml
bio cooking cream
50 ml
bio cooking cream
1 pk
bio red onion
2 tbsp
organic vegetable oil
nuts and bay leaf for garnish
Procedure:
Slice the celery into strips, peel and finely chop the onion.
Roast the greens in oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the vegetable broth and cook for half an hour.
Mix the soup, add the cream and stir.
Decorate the cream with nuts and bay leaves.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread.
