Recipes for baked turkey sandwiches

For the turkey sandwich baked in this recipe, use any type of cheese and meat you like. The dead beef is truly charming with Swiss cheese. This is a great recipe to use up Thanksgiving leftovers or any leftovers at any time really.

You can also use sliced chicken, turkey or dead beef to make this delicious sandwich. The combination of onion, mustard, meat and cheese on crisp rolls is really delicious. You can also use other types of cheese; and add Vegetable Recipes such as sliced peppers or mushrooms. One of the amazing things about sandwiches is that they are so varied and changeable. It’s almost impossible to destroy a sandwich! And a baked sandwich is more edible than a cold sandwich.

Serve these sandwiches for lunch or dinner any day of the week. Sandwiches can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until it’s time to bake. Don’t wrap the foil around the sandwiches too tightly; if you do, the cheese will stick to the film when it melts and the sandwiches will be difficult to unwrap. If you’re baking sandwiches in the fridge, add an extra 5 to 8 minutes to the baking time.

After the sandwiches are done baking, you can add lettuce and tomato. Simply pull the bottom half of the roll and add the cold Vegetable Recipes, then assemble the sandwiches.

To top off the sandwiches, add sliced mushrooms and cherries or grape tomatoes or some lettuce with zest or a green salad, and pack beer, soda, unscented water and milk to drink. Yum.
