What does this tricky brown casserole do easily?
Seriously, it took longer to preheat my oven than it did to prepare the egg flavor. I used frozen hash browns, sliced cheese and cubed ham. So, the only real prep work I had to do was open the eggs.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |

In a large bowl, add frozen potatoes, ham and cheese. Toss to collect. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. |

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt and pepper (I use the same cup with step 1). |

Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture. Stack everything with a wooden spoon. |

Bake for an hour, uncovered. The center should be set and the edges should be golden brown. |
