Recipe to make roasted peanuts in shells to make the crock pot

Ingredients:

2 cups raw peanuts in shells
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread peanuts on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with salt and stir to coat.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peanuts are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Place peanuts in the crock pot and set on low heat. peanuts will continue to roast in the pot.
