The ingredients you’ll need for this recipe are:
1 package of fettuccine noodles
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Here’s how to make it:
Cook fettuccine noodles according to package instructions.
Cut bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Drain noodles and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, mix together noodles, bell peppers and Dijon mustard dressing.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
This pasta salad is best served cold. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days
