Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup warm water
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, nuts and seeds, yeast, and salt.
2. Add the warm water and stir until everything is evenly combined.
3.Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
4. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Cut the dough into 12 even pieces.
6. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a thin circle.
7. Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or until the pitas are puffed up and golden brown.
