Recipe to make Chicken Dunkers

This is a recipe for Chicken Dunkers. You can use this recipe to make chicken nuggets, chicken fingers, or even chicken strips. The best part about this recipe is that it is so easy to make, and you can use either a store-bought or homemade breading.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet or electric frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut the chicken into nugget-sized pieces.
3. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
4. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
5. Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
6. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then the bread crumbs. Be sure to coat all sides.
7. Add enough oil to the skillet or electric frying pan to coat the bottom, and then place the chicken pieces in the hot oil.
8. Fry for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through
