Recipe to make cathead biscuits using powdered milk

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold
2/3 cup warm water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or two knives until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add water and stir just until the dough comes together.
Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 5-7 times. Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with butter, honey or your favorite jam
