1 cup of minstrel cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1 (10-ounce) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas

Add the garlic and onion, and cook until both are soft. Add the tomatoes and chilies, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
