Recipe for using blender for lemon to make pie

This recipe is for a delicious and tart lemon pie that can be made using a blender! The ingredients you’ll need are:
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 large egg yolks
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a blender, combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg yolks and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and stir in the lemon zest. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and boils. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter. Roll out half of the pastry and line a 9 inch pie dish. Pour in the filling. Roll out the remaining pastry and cut into 1/2 – 3/4 inch wide strips. Arrange the strips over the filling, in a lattice pattern. Crimp and flute the edges of the pastry. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
