The ingredients you will need for this salad are:
1 pound of ahi tuna
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of diced red onion
1/4 cup of diced green onion
1/4 cup of diced parsley
1/4 cup of diced cilantro
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Tips:
You can use any type of fresh herbs you have on hand. If you don’t have cilantro or parsley, try using basil or mint.
