Recipe for the garlic parmesan cheese marinade chicken
Last Updated on
A really easy recipe for chicken that has amazing flavor. I love using this garlic Parmesan cheese marinade chicken on everything from salads to chicken sandwiches. It is also great for meal prep!
The key to this recipe is to let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 24 hours. I usually like to let it marinate overnight for the best flavor.
This recipe is also really versatile. You can use any type of chicken you like. I’ve used it with boneless skinless chicken breasts and thighs, and it works great with both. You can also adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese to your taste.
Finally, this recipe can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Just make sure to keep the chicken in a covered container so it doesn’t dry out.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in a large resealable bag or container. Pour marinade over chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
