Up your bacon game with this recipe for battered bacon rings. This dish is perfect for an all-bacon meal, or as an impressive side dish.
To make the batter, you’ll need:
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
To make the bacon rings, you’ll need:
8 slices of bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
Dip the bacon pieces in the batter, then Place them on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp and golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
.Remove the bacon from the skillet with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
