If you’re looking for a delicious and easy recipe for stuffed red peppers, look no further! This recipe is packed with flavor and it’s so simple to make. I like to use a combination of salsa and cream cheese as the filling, but feel free to use your favorite ingredients. I also like to add a little bit of spice with some diced jalapeños, but you can leave them out if you prefer.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 large red peppers
1 cup salsa
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the tops off of the red peppers and remove the seeds and ribs.
In a bowl, mix together the salsa, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños (if using).
Fill the peppers with the salsa mixture.
Place the peppers in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot and bubbly
