Recipe for stuffed green peppers made with ground beef rice and tomato soup

Ingredients:
6 green peppers
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup rice
1 can tomato soup
1/4 onion
salt, black pepper, garlic to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. In a saucepan, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
4. Add the rice, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Stir in the tomato soup.
5. Fill the pepper halves with the meat mixture. Place the peppers in a baking dish.
6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
You can use different kinds of ground meat for this recipe – beef, pork, turkey, lamb, chicken, etc. You can also add other vegetables to the rice mixture, such as chopped mushrooms, carrots, or peas. If you want a bit more flavor, try using acan of diced tomatoes instead of tomato soup. And feel free to adjust the seasonings to your liking.
