Recipe for Spanish chorizo

Chorizo is a distinctly flavored sausage that originates from Spain. It is made of pork, garlic, paprika, and other spices, and is traditionally cured in a casing. Chorizo can be eaten raw, cooked, or used as an ingredient in other dishes.

To make your own Spanish chorizo, you will need:
-1 pound of ground pork
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of cumin
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon of oregano
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
-1/4 cup of white vinegar
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 tablespoons of water
Instructions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
2. Place the mixture in a sausage casing and tie off the end.
3. Hang the sausage for 24 hours in a cool, dry place.
4. After 24 hours, cook the sausage however you like. You can fry it, grill it, or bake it.
