Recipe for sour beef kebab
Ingredients:
1 pound beef chuck roast, trimmed
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions:
Place beef in a large resealable bag. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Pour mixture over beef. Seal bag and turn to coat. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove beef from marinade and discard marinade.
Place beef on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
