Recipe for pasta and cauliflower with anchovy sauce
This dish is very easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. You can use any type of pasta, but I prefer penne or farfalle. For the cauliflower, I like to use frozen because it is already cut up and it is easier to portion out. You could use fresh cauliflower, but you would need to cut it into small pieces. I also like to use olive oil for this dish, but you could use vegetable oil if you prefer.
Ingredients:
1 package of pasta
1 package of frozen cauliflower
1 can of anchovies
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the frozen cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
Add the anchovies and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, or until the anchovies are melted.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the cauliflower and anchovy sauce. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately
