4-5 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon honey
4 cups water

Reduce heat to low and add the tea. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the tea into a pitcher or glass.
Serve over ice or enjoy hot.
This recipe makes 4-5 cups of tea. If you’re using fresh peaches, you can muddle them slightly before adding them to the pot. This will help release their flavor. If you’re using frozen peaches, there’s no need to thaw them first. Just add them to the pot as is. Experiment with different types of tea to find your favorite. This recipe also works well with green or white tea.
