Last Updated on
If you’re in the mood for some delicious seafood, why not try your hand at making lumpia? This dish is traditionally made with shrimp, but we’ve put our own twist on it by using crab and scallops as well.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/4 cup crab meat
1/4 cup scallops
1/4 cup shrimp
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
30 Lumpia wrappers
1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, scallops, shrimp, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each lumpia wrapper.
Roll up the wrapper, enclosing the filling. Brush the edges with beaten egg to seal.
In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Add the lumpia and fry until golden brown and crisp, about 2 minutes per side. Serve hot with dipping sauce
