Recipe for making cold brew tea
Tea is a refreshing beverage enjoyed by many around the world.cold brew tea is a method of preparing tea wherein the tea leaves are steeped in cold or room-temperature water for an extended period of time. This method results in a less astringent and more flavorful cup of tea. It is perfect for those who enjoy iced tea or want to try something new with their favorite tea leaves.
In order to cold brew your tea, you will need:
– Tea leaves of your choice (we recommend using 2 tablespoons per 16 ounces of water)
– Cold or room-temperature water
– A pitcher, jar, or container with a lid
– A fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth
Instructions:
1. Add the tea leaves to your pitcher, jar, or container.
2. Fill the container with cold or room-temperature water, making sure to completely cover the leaves.
3. Allow the tea to steep for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. After the desired steeping time has passed, strain the tea using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into another pitcher or container.
