Recipe for making chipotle sandwich wrap

Chances are, you’ve probably had a chipotle sandwich wrap before. But have you ever tried making one at home? If not, then you’re in for a treat! This recipe is easy to follow and only requires a few simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.

What you’ll need:

1 flour tortilla
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 green onion, diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chipotle chili pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, chipotle chili pepper powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the sour cream over the entire surface.

Spread the salsa over the sour cream.

Place the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.

Fold up the bottom of the tortilla to cover the chicken mixture.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla.

Roll up the tortilla tightly.
