Recipe for making chicken wings

One of America’s favorite snacks is chicken wings. Whether you like them spicy, sweet, or savory, there’s a chicken wing recipe out there for everyone. Here’s a basic recipe for making chicken wings at home.

Ingredients:
-1 pound chicken wings
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon paprika
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1/2 cup hot sauce
-1/4 cup butter

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken wings.
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil.
5. Once hot, add the chicken wings and cook for about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown.
6. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
7. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir to combine.
8. Add the chicken wings to a large baking dish and pour the hot sauce over them.
9. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken wings are cooked through.
10. Serve immediately.

This recipe can be served as an appetizer or a main dish. If you’re serving them as an appetizer, you can cut the wings into smaller pieces. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side. If you’re serving them as a main dish, you can leave them whole and serve with a side of rice or potatoes
