To make this casserole, you’ll need:
1 pound of sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 cups of cooked grits
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, grits, and shredded cheese.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
