Recipe for crispy and creamy chicken parmesan

The well-known dish of chicken parmesan can be baked or fried, but this recipe gives the chicken a crispy coating while still keeping the chicken moist on the inside. The Panko breadcrumbs give the outside a crunch, while the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese keep the inside creamy. This dish can easily be halved or doubled, making it a great recipe for feeding a family or a crowd. It can be served with a side of pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise.
Coat chicken in the mixture.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
