Ingredients
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
For the filling:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an 9 inch pie dish.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, coconut milk, shredded coconut, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the filling is set. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Try to use fresh shredded coconut for the best flavor.
