Ingredients:
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 cup of butter, softened
-1 cup of sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of chocolate milk mix
-1 cup of grated zucchini
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the chocolate milk mix.
4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients a little at a time, stirring just until combined. Fold in the grated zucchini.
