Recipe for calzone stuffed with al pastor meat

Ingredients:
1 lb. hot al pastor pork, shredded
1 large onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz can diced green chilies)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (10 oz can refrigerated pizza dough)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the pork, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño pepper until the pork is browned.
Stir in the garlic, tomato sauce, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, adobo seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the pork mixture over the dough.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
Roll up the dough, jelly-roll style, and pinch the seams and ends to seal.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
