400 g fish fillets 4 tbsp celery 1 pk apple 20 g carrots to taste mayonnaise to taste sugar a little lemon juice to taste salt
procedure

Place the frozen fish fillets in boiling salted water and cook slowly until tender. Remove the cooked meat and leave to cool. Then crumble or cut it into small pieces, add finely chopped celery, coarsely grated peeled apple and finely grated raw carrots.

Mix with mayonnaise flavoured with lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix everything lightly, season if necessary and leave to cool. Spread on bread or sandwich crumbs thinly spread with butter.
