Raw Potato Dumplings

Grated, peeled potatoes, with egg, coarse flour and vinegar.

Ingredients:

700 g of potatoes 300 g of coarse flour 1 pk ./td>

eggs 1 tsp of oats salt

Procedure:

1. Peel, wash and dry the potatoes well
2. Grate them finely and squeeze out the excess liquid
3. Add the vinegar, beaten egg, salt, stir in the coarse flour a little at a time and work well into a thin batter
4. Cut the dumplings out of the dough with a wet spoon and immediately cook them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes over a low heat
5. Remove the cooked dumplings with a perforated ladle 6.

Recommendation:

Serve with roasted meat and stewed cabbage, or with spinach.

Note:

Cook dumplings in enough water to allow them to float freely on top.
