Ratatouille with Thermomix

Laratatouille is a traditional culinary speciality of Nice, Provence, Occitane and Mediterranean cuisine, based on a simmered stew of Mediterranean Vegetable Recipes and olive oil. Here is the method to make a ratatouille with Thermomix.
Ingredients: 1 zucchini 1 onion 2 peeled garlic cloves 1 heaping teaspoon of Herbe de Provence 20 g olive oil 1 eggplant 3 tomatoes 2 peppers, red, yellow salt, pepper 1 vegetable stock cube Preparation:
In the Thermomix bowl put the onion and garlic then blend for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Add the oil and herbs then program 5 minutes at 100° speed 1 in reverse.
Add the stock cube, tomatoes cut in 4, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, all cut in large pieces, salt and pepper, then program 25 minutes at 100° speed spoon and reverse direction.
Serve your ratatouille immediately out of your Thermomix.
