Ratatouille (Ratatuj)

Ratouille – a vegetable mix of eggplants, gourds, peppers and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pcs of small gourds 4 pcs large tomatoes 2 pcs eggplant 2 pcs large onions 2 pcs of bell peppers 1 pc garlic cloves 1 pc bay leaf 3 tbsp oil ground pepper thyme salt

Procedure:

1. Fry eggplants cut into noodles in oil
2. Add gourds cut into slices, later cleaned peppers cut into noodles, tomatoes cut into quarters and onions cut into slices
3. 4. Simmer under the lid until the Vegetable Recipes soften.

Recommendation:

Supplement: Boiled potatoes and freshly prepared toast.
