Raspberry treat

ingredients

100 g raspberries 1 packet Honeycomb 2 dl Raspberry puree 1 packet Ole coconut pudding powder 1 packet Cream filling 400 ml Soya milk

Raspberries in a dessert with coconut pudding is probably the best combination.

1.

Prepare raspberry broth , boil raspberries and 2pl sugar. Let cool.

Use coconut pudding and dr.Oetker filling(no cooking)to make a filling with a whisk.

For the dessert use a loaf tin that you line with food foil. Put honeycomb on the bottom. Spread the raspberry sauce over the top and add the cream.

…layer raspberries on top as well

Pack while you have the ingredients.

Finish with honeycomb. Wrap the mould with the dessert thoroughly in cling film and leave in the fridge to chill.
