Raspberry Soup

Cold soup prepared from starch flour cooked with sugar, broth flavoured with raspberries and syrup.

Ingredients:

0.5 l of fresh raspberries 0.5 l 4 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp 2 tsp starch meal lemon juice mushrooms to serve

Procedure:

1. Dissolve the starch flour in a little water, pour it into the rest of the hot water, add the sugar and boil briefly, stirring constantly
2. Stir the cleaned raspberries and syrup into the cooled solution, acidify to taste with lemon juice
3. Let cool briefly, serve with biscuits.
