Raspberry Cream Soup

Cold soup from forest or garden raspberries.

Ingredients:

1 kg of garden or forest raspberries 300 g of biscuits 200 g sugar 1 l hot water

2 dcl sour cream

Procedure:

1. Pick the raspberries thoroughly, rinse with water, drain
2. Blend them
3. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, then let the sugar water cool
4. Finally, mix the water with the sugar and the mashed fruit
5. Add the sour cream to the finished cold soup and serve with the biscuits.
