Raspberry bricks with iced coffee

Bake and shape using an ice cube tray. Beautifully simple!

Pour cooled black coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for 3 hours. Then pour cold milk over the coffee ice cubes, or sweeten with, for example, maple syrup.

Also use an ice cube tray for the mini cupcakes. Layer a sheet of pastry into the wells of the mould and place a raspberry in each well. Close with another sheet and cut into small bricks. Brush with egg white, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
