Ramen with enoki mushrooms
A delicious Japanese soup made with chicken or pork, lots of fresh Vegetable Recipes, egg, noodles and enoki mushrooms.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, fry the garlic slices and fresh ginger slices (about 1 cm)
2. Cover with water, add chicken thighs, chilli pepper and soy sauce
3. Strain the broth to make it clear, remove the skin from the thighs and trim the meat
5. Add the carrots, sliced into strips, leek rounds and spring onions to the clear broth
6. Peel and cut the eggs into rings, cook the Asian noodles, drain and rinse them
7. Put the cooked noodles, fresh enoki mushrooms, chicken pieces and egg slice in a bowl, pour the boiling broth over them and serve.
