Raisins with plums
Rozpeky were prepared in the old Czech cuisine from leftover bread dough, this recipe uses semi-coarse flour and other ingredients to make a dough, fill it with baked plum and sugar with poppy seeds and bake until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Make a thick dough with semi-coarse flour, milk and yeast, let it rise
2. After the dough has risen, roll it out into a 1 cm high sheet and cut it into squares with a ruler
3. Fold the edges and join them together
5. Drizzle them generously with melted butter and bake them after rising, in a medium oven, on a greased baking sheet.
