Raisin Rice II
Rice stewed in a pot in the oven with butter, sugar and raisins, served with cream, along with compote.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pour a measured amount of water (2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice) over the washed, rinsed and boiled rice, add a pinch of salt, butter and simmer in the oven covered for about 10 minutes
2. Add the sieved, rinsed raisins and sugar, simmer until the rice is soft
3. Stir everything with a meat fork and serve hot, topped with cream, accompanied by compote.
