Ragout of chicken

500 g chicken 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 2 tbsp oil 40 g plain flour 20 g sterilized peas 2 dl cream to taste salt
step
1. Place the washed chicken in cold water with the chopped Vegetable Recipes, season with salt and bring to the boil. Remove the soft meat and Vegetable Recipes, thicken the broth with a roux made from flour and oil, simmer for 20 minutes and strain. 2. Put the peas, the boned and chopped meat, the Vegetable Recipes into the broth, soften with cream and let it simmer for a while.
