A delicious coconut cake inspired by the famous candy.

1.

Mix 1 cup sugar with 3 eggs, then add 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup oil, 2 cups flour and PDP.

Pour the batter on a baking sheet and sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 cup coconut each.

Bake and bake the hot cake and top with whipping cream. Enjoy!
