Rafaello with pudding

1 dl milk 1 packet vanilla pudding 1,5 tbsp powdered sugar 2 dl sweet cream 100 g white chocolate 100 g grated coconut coconut for coating

Delicious coconut balls:

Mix the milk with the vanilla pudding and icing sugar. Put the sweet cream on a plate and let it heat up. Add the milk and cook the custard.

Then take off the plate, add the white chocolate and stir to melt. Add the coconut mix everything together well with a whisk.

Let cool and place in the fridge for 15-20 mins to set the mixture. Once it has cooled, form into balls and roll in coconut. I made 26 balls.
