Radishes on Bacon with Eggs

Sliced radishes fried on a bacon-onion base, sauteed for a while, seasoned, lightly covered with water, finally mixed with eggs, the mixture fried until the eggs harden.

Procedure:
1. Wash the radishes and cut them into thin rounds
2. Fry the bacon in a tablespoon of butter together with the chopped onion and let it brown
3. Add the chopped radishes, pour a little water, salt and pepper, cover with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes until the radishes are soft
4. Remove the lid, let the excess liquid fry, then add the beaten eggs and mix everything together, let the eggs harden
5. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and serve warm with fresh bread.
