2 bunches radishes 50 g butter 1 pk onion 3 pk larger potatoes 1 liter vegetable broth 200 ml whipping cream to taste salt to taste pepper

1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Wash and slice the radishes (leave a few slices for garnish). The young leaves can also be left for garnish and the rest washed and chopped. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onions in it. When the onions start to brown, add the radishes, which are also browned, then add the leaves and the diced potatoes. Pour the stock over everything and cook for 20 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth, add the cream and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide among plates, garnish and serve.
