Radish pasta salad

250 g corn pasta 2 pcs egg 3 pcs cherry tomatoes 1 pcs onion 8 pcs radishes 1 pcs carrots 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper 1 pinch of sugar 1/2 dl water 1 handful of chives

1. Grate the carrots and radishes into thin slices. 2. Mix water, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper. 3. Pour the infusion into the bowl where you put the sliced onion and grated carrots and radish. Set aside in the refrigerator for half an hour. 4. Meanwhile, cook the hard-boiled eggs and pasta in a separate pot. 5. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and chop the cherry tomatoes in the same way. 6. Remove the marinated Vegetable Recipes from the refrigerator and mix with the cooked and drained pasta. 7. Add the eggs, tomatoes and chives. Mix well, season with salt and serve. Enjoy!
