Radish and Zucchini Tartare

Cubes of peeled zucchini briefly sautéed in olive oil, mixed with radish cubes, tartare seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper, chopped capers and herbs.

Ingredients:

200 g of organic radishes 100 g bio zucchini 1 pc citron olive oil capers pepper salt herbs for garnish toasted toasted bread to serve

Procedure:

  • First, peel the zucchini and cut it into small cubes, which you saute until soft and let cool.
  • Cut the fresh radishes also into small cubes and mix them with the zucchini. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add chopped capers and herbs (can be chives, parsley and basil).
  • Cool in the fridge and then serve with toasted toast.
