Cubes of peeled zucchini briefly sautéed in olive oil, mixed with radish cubes, tartare seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper, chopped capers and herbs.
Ingredients:

bio zucchini |

herbs for garnish |

toasted toasted bread to serve |
Procedure:
First, peel the zucchini and cut it into small cubes, which you saute until soft and let cool.
Cut the fresh radishes also into small cubes and mix them with the zucchini. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and add chopped capers and herbs (can be chives, parsley and basil).
Cool in the fridge and then serve with toasted toast.
