Rabbit sauteed in Vegetable Recipes along with other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Wash, dry, salt and pepper the cleaned rabbit

3. In a casserole, fry the meat on all sides in melted butter and diced bacon, then remove, let the chopped onions brown in the fat, add the garlic, carrots, tomatoes and fry everything briefly
4. Return the rabbit to the Vegetable Recipes, add about 300 ml of water, bay leaves, two sprigs of thyme, cover and simmer in a preheated oven at 160 °C until tender
5. Take out the soft rabbit meat, stir in the tomato puree, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar, simmer briefly, then put the rabbit back into the sauce and reheat briefly.
