Rabbit jujube

Bites of roasted rabbit stewed with Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 800 g of turnip 500 g pepper 350 g potatoes 350 g tomatoes 3 tbsp oil 4 pcs onions ground sweet pepper parsley stalk ground pepper garlic salt

Procedure:

1. Rinse the rabbit and cut into pieces
2. Add the coarsely chopped onion, saute everything briefly, then stir in the quartered tomatoes (squeeze out the seeds beforehand), cleaned, sliced peppers, peeled, sliced potatoes
4. Add garlic rubbed with salt, minced paprika, finely chopped parsley
5. Pour a cup of hot water and simmer under the lid until tender.
