Quinoové pancakes

It’s called quinoa, it’s spelled quinoa, and some people also call it Chilean merlot. We are talking, and now without exaggeration, about a miraculous pseudocereal that is gluten-free but extremely rich in protein. Its use is unlimited, it is suitable for breakfast porridge, for lunch as a side dish, or for dinner in a salad. With quinoa you can prepare perfect sweet and savoury dishes and you can also play with the colour of the dishes – it is divided into white, red and black. This time we chose simple patties that are ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 packets (2 x 106 ml) Bonduelle Mini Quinoa 1/2 cup of/td> 1/4 cup spice 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs eggs grated parmesan cheese breadcrumbs pepper salt

Procedure:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix.
  • Gradually add the breadcrumbs so that the mixture comes together and does not crumble.
  • Then shape the dough into small patties about the size of your palm.
  • Fry in a frying pan in a little oil, or bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 °C.
