30 g fat 30 g onion 40 g yeast 40 g plain flour 1.5 litres water to taste salt, ground red pepper, ground cumin
procedure
Fry the chopped onion in the fat, add the yeast and let it brown. Then add the paprika, cumin, flour and fry everything together. Finally, pour water, add salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
